In 2007, Novare started as the software development arm of the systems integrator veteran Micro-D International. With our mantra "Think Build Run", we designed, developed, and operated enterprise applications for large companies in the country and abroad.
Today, we have grown from a lean team of Java developers into a powerhouse of 200 software engineers, data scientists, cloud strategists, and IT innovators. Our web and mobile applications service millions of our customers’ subscribers. Our big data deployments process petabytes of data for trending and analysis. We have transformed omnichannel customer experiences through chatbot, artificial intelligence, and augmented and virtual realities.

Myla Villanueva
Co-FounderMyla is a technology pioneer and entrepreneur. She also runs systems integration veteran MDI (Micro-D International). For her leadership, vision, and innovation, she was recognized as the Ernst & Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 and one of the Ten Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service in 2012. An enthusiastic contributor to nation building, she serves as the Chairman of the country's trusted citizen poll-watching group, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).
Craig Ehrlich
Co-FounderCraig is a well-known private entrepreneur in software, media, and telco companies in the Philippines, India, Taiwan, and China. During is tenure as Chairman of the Global System for Mobile Communications from 2002 to 2008, mobile subscribers grew fourfold to more than 4 billion. His golden touch extends from his investments to philanthropy, through which he has established scholarships benefiting deserving students who will impart their learning in their country of origin.
Topher Cometa, MBA
Chief Operating OfficerTopher’s vision for Novare has pushed the organization to become the innovation leader that it is today. He joined the company as a technical manager and in less than a decade is now its flagbearer. As Novare’s leader on the ground, he values people development as much as he does technology: this is how his team will deliver results to customers based on Novare’s core values of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
William Emmanuel Yu, PhD
Chief Technology OfficerWilliam's knowledge as CTO spans across many aspects of technology — cloud, big data, security, and API & microservices, among others. Beyond corporate IT, Dr. Yu lends his expertise to his tech advocacies: he serves as the IT Director of PPCRV and as an active member of ISOC (for internet governance and policy) and PH-CERT (for information security). He has a hand in shaping the future of Philippine IT as a member of the faculty of the Ateneo de Manila University and the Asian Institute of Management.
