Novare Technologies’ proactive work ethic and full-on support for its partners were recognized by Globe Telecom in its 3rd Annual ISG Mover (AIM) Awards Night. Novare won recognition as “Agile Partner of the Year” by Globe’s Information Systems Group (ISG), the telco’s key department responsible for engaging leading technology and service providers.
While Novare has been serving various business units within Globe for almost 10 years, Novare’s collaboration with Globe ISG, in particular, is only three years running yet has been instrumental for the team “helping us provide value to our customers from API development, Web/ Mobile Apps, partner integration, innovation and DevOps,” says Richley Arellano, Head Software Build, Agile Delivery Solutions, Information Security Group, Globe Telecom.
“We feel confident in their peoples’ effort and dedication. We have also developed a level of trust in their management as they continuously and proactively work with us with an understanding of our vision and how their company can contribute towards that journey,” Arellano said of the Novare team.
At Globe Telecom’s 3rd Annual ISG Mover (AIM) Awards Night, held at the Globe Tower on February 19, 2019, Novare was among the 12 awardees which included US and Europe-founded industry players such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudera, Neural Technologies, and Openet.
Globe Chief Information Officer Pebbles Sy-Manalang attributed Globe’s successes in 2018 to its collaboration with IT companies that offer solutions to improve its services and customer experiences. “Part of this success is made possible by our strategic partners who help us push the limits of technology, allowing us to innovate in more areas and deliver products faster to the market,” she said in a separate statement.
